About Casis Careers
Casis Careers is a Toronto-based recruitment agency for startups and technology companies. We hire engineering, product and go-to-market talent for companies across Canada and the United States.
What we do
We run focused searches for the roles that decide whether a startup scales: engineers, product leaders, sales and growth hires, operators and executives. We take on a handful of searches at a time, so every client gets a recruiter who knows the role, the market and the candidates personally.
Most of our work is with high-growth companies in ecommerce technology, fintech and healthtech. You don't get a stack of resumes. You get a short list of vetted candidates, clear notes on how each one fits, and someone who keeps the process moving.

How we work
There are two ways to work with us:
- Contingency Search: a focused search for one critical role at $100k+ base. 20% of first-year base salary, with a $5k deposit credited toward the fee.
- Embedded Recruiting Retainer: a Casis recruiter inside your team for up to 3 roles at once, from $12k a month, with a 2-month minimum.
